The Working Principle of the Evaporative Cooler Motor

The core working principle of the evaporative cooler motor is converting electrical energy into mechanical energy to drive the wind wheel to rotate and achieve air circulation.

Core Working Logic

  1. After the motor is connected to the power supply, the internal coil generates an alternating magnetic field.
  2. The magnetic field interacts with the rotor to produce electromagnetic torque, driving the rotor to rotate.
  3. The rotor is connected to the wind wheel through the rotating shaft, and the rotation of the wind wheel forms air flow to accelerate water evaporation or directly deliver cool air.

Function of Key Components

  • Stator: Generates a stable magnetic field and provides a power source for the rotor rotation.
  • Rotor: Rotates under the action of the magnetic field, converting electromagnetic energy into mechanical kinetic energy.
  • Rotating shaft and wind wheel: Transmits torque, and realizes air flow through the rotation of the wind wheel.
